What will I do?

We are looking for a thrill obsessed Entertainments Team Leader who can lead the department and work towards driving standards and motivate performers to deliver compelling entertainment for guests who visit the Park. Team Leaders will also be required to effectively manage a team within the Entertainments department, ensuring their conduct and role performance align with the department standards and that health & safety procedures are always followed.

Alongside managing a talented team of performers you will also take on the daily running of the Entertainments department as Daily Duty Manager and have a strong presence on Park, being accountable for the daily operation spanning from attraction utilisation, customer excellence and the coaching of team members.

Being a Entertainments team leader you will be required to assist with department related admin tasks, ensuring compliance is upheld in line with Park standards. As well as upholding park standards you will also need to ensure health and safety is a primary focus and ensure all team members are trained and assessed on their roles as per CoSWP and other procedural standards.

Being the departmental line manager will also involve taking on the eye of the guests in terms of the Entertainments offering, ensuring that the consistency of performance, safety and operational running is optimal at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

An Ideal candidate will:

• Have strong communication and time management skills.
• Have experience in people managing.
• Have strong operational knowledge.
• Have duty manager/relevant experience.
• Have an awareness of theme park daily operation and the Entertainments industry.
• Have fully flexible availability.
