A significant refurbishment of this stunning 12th-century coaching inn is already underway and will reopen in the February of 2024 boasting 56 rooms, 108 dining covers, 40 bar covers with another 23 in private dining and a new 73-cover terrace.

Our newest opening is nestled in the heart of Dorking, it exudes a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, enjoying good company and excellent food with wonderful rooms to stay

Heartwood Collection is already an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. We are now expanding the concept into rooms. Our Brasserie Blancs, the French brasserie business inspired by Raymond Blanc and Heartwood Inns (Formally White Brasserie Company) are renowned for being a home-from-home.

• Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
• Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
