WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Medium-term experience behind the bar (but not limited to) in a hotel bar or lounge in a similar role or as head bartender. Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service. Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; of their history and twists. Awareness of market trends, ability to contribute to new and existing drink lists alongside bar manager. Passionate about staff training and development, eagerness to maintain the highest standards. Experience with stock control and ordering.
