Salary: £35,000 a year plus service charge
A WORLD OF REWARDS
You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.
You enjoy leading the brigade to produce high quality dishes are prepared and presented with pride and precision. You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Kitchen Manager with ensuring the Line Chefs and senior line chef are trained on new menus and comply with all operating standards.
Are you an experienced junior sous chef or sous chef, with great leadership skills, passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade? Then this is the job for you!
