About the role

As the Chef at our Sky Pool Bar in the heart of London, you will be responsible for:

• Supplying service excellence whether front-of-house or in the back areas
• Preparing, cooking, and serving quality food to the highest possible standard
• Following agreed standards for food preparation and presentation
• Adhering to hygiene regulations and updating records of required checks
• Assisting with deliveries and keeping a clean and hygienic work area
• Assisting with weekly stock checks and catering for bespoke events
• Undertaking and recording temperature checks twice a day
• Following all relevant COSHH and health and safety requirements
• Attending meetings and training sessions as required
• Assisting colleagues and complying with reasonable requests from superiors
• Completing opening and closing procedures for the kitchen

About you

Your experience will include:

• Working as a Chef within a luxury setting
• An understanding of menu planning and portion sizes 
• The ability to prepare a wide choice of dishes
• Stock controls and how they can boost profits
• A passion for delivering culinary excellence
• Compiling ingredient lists for planned menus  
• Working well alone or as part of a team
