Location The MAQAM, Queen’s Park, NW10 Contract type: This role is full-time, 5 days a week across 7 days (Monday-Sunday), 9am-6pm. Salary Basic plus Commission Pension 28 days holiday per year including 8 Bank Holiday dates What We Are Looking For:

 

We’re seeking a Full-Time customer facing Receptionist/Sales Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment with an energetic and open approachable style. You’ll be a proactive  member of our team when it comes to tasks and quick to master a new booking systems and become an integral part of a hardworking dynamic team.

 

You’ll enjoy helping Parents and Young Families with their enquiries and able to seek out the best for each family member in our diverse offering and make daily sales, achieving targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

The primary role of the Reception/Sales Exec is as follows:

 

Greet and welcome all customers to the Club. Respond to all member enquiries in a timely and efficient manner via telephone, email, whatsapp and in-person. Help customers book classes and process transactions. Resolve complaints and hand to the Manager when necessary. Maintain high standards of Customer Service. Upgrade packages. Take part in our Call Out campaigns to prospective clients. Conduct Tours for potential new customers to see the Club on Open Days  

 

The Reception/Sales Exec will be on hand to assist current members with any queries or questions they may have regarding their membership, assisting with upgrades, change of packages and support customers using our portals.

 

The Receptionist/Sales Exec will check on new and renewing enrolment payments, keep accurate records and ensure that payments are paid in a timely and regular manner. Organising refunds for members where required. They will also manage cancellations from the CRM system. Work with our Growth Team on enrolling new and prospective customers.

 

Occasional support for the Events team:

 

Supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with Customer and Community Events when necessary; This role is full-time, 5 days a week across 7 days (Monday-Sunday), 9am-6pm. Annual Salary and Monthly Sales Commission, dependant on targets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your Attributes:

 

Passionate about guest service and enjoy a sales aspect to a role. An enthusiastic and approachable individual, with a great attitude and willingness to learn. Enjoy interacting with people and children. Able to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a team player, and love going the extra mile for our members and prospective members. Previous experience is desirable but full training is available for the successful candidate.
