We are currently recruiting a General Assistant to join our team.

This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance!

Location: MBDA, Lea Field Way, Bridgewater Ave, Bolton BL5 1EE

A DBS/Security Clearance check is required for the successful candidate.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve food and beverages to customers in line with brand standards
• Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot & cold food services in line with Aramark brand standards.
• Take payment and keep financial records as required.
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
• General cleaning.
• Report any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work.
• Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned.
• Keeps diligent records as required.
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Undertake relevant training as required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a catering outlet is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided!
• Customer focused and a good communicator
• Excellent team player
