Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), includes weekends and bank holidays according to our operational calendar

Here at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Retail Manager to join the team in our iconic LEGO Store!

As the Retail Manager you will oversee the day-to-day running of both the LEGO Store and the Sweet Stop, both located within the Beginning area of the resort theme park. You will have a large team who will look to you for leadership, coaching, sharing best practice and keeping the LEGO displays exciting, relevant, and timely with new releases.

Naturally you will be passionate about exceptional guest service and will utilise this to inform the customer experience of both stores, creating engaging and interactive product displays and opportunities for upselling and guest recommendations.

As a member of the commercial management team, you will work strategically with your colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets, adhere to and champion the LEGO brand and create a positive work environment for your team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will have previous experience working in a commercial space, with a good financial understanding and budget usage
  • Previous experience working in a guest facing role is essential, ideally in a theme park or large department store
  • You should have previously managed a team, either as a manager or assistant manager
  • You’ll be an approachable and confident communicator, with experience liaising with and influencing key stakeholders within the parameters of your role
  • Naturally you will be passionate about the LEGO brand, our products and of course LEGOLAND Windsor Resort!

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our AWESOME LEGO Store team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
