Our Assistant Butler will provide 'contemporary butler' offering to all hotel guests and coordinate the provision and service of guest room/suite. As an Assistant Butler , you will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests need, creating an incredible experience.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
• Delight our guests with a highly personalised, intuitive level of service.
• Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.

What we would like you to bring:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel would be preferred but is not essential.
